Holiday home with swimming pool for 6-8 people only 700m from the beach between Alcudia and Ca'n Picafort in the North of Mallorca.

The holiday house in Alcudia Bay is located near of Lago Esperanza and is encircled by a large garden.

This vacation accommodation has three bedrooms on the ground floor, one with bathroom en suite and 2 single bedded rooms in the small tower.

There is one more bathroom, 1 big kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge etc. One spacious living/dining room with fire place and access to the furnished terrace and the pool area.

Parking space on the premises.

In this aera located is also the Natural park "s'Albufera" with 1700 hectars wetland and plenty of different birds.

Nearby are supermarkets, restaurants, bus stops, taxi stand and the hospital of Muro. Moreover, there are areas to play tennis, surf and a rent-a-bike shop.

The Port of Alcudia is approx. 4km and the old town 5 km from the holiday house. Every Tuesday and Sunday a market is held in Alcudia.

Have a lovely stroll around the old town with its well preserved wall and roman archeological excavation sites.
