The building is on a big plot of land.
The 120 sq metres holiday apartment has four bedrooms, three with two individual beds each, one with bathroom en suite and one bedroom with one single bed.
One more bathroom with bath tub and guest toilet is situated behind the washing machine room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas stove, eletric hobb, dish washer, microwave, fridge and freezer and a dining table for four people.
The bright living-/dining room has SAT TV, one sofa, fireplace and a dining table for eight.
The terrace is funished and the barbecue is located in the pavillion.
Moreover, there is a swimming pool with seperate childrens basin, sun loungers and exterior shower.
Aucanada is located near the Port of Alcudia in the North of Mallorca. It is a small, quiet place with only one hotel, a small supermart, different restaurants and a golf course with restaurant.
